Marcus Armstrong
Growing up in regional Australia, Marcus initially commenced his career with PwC in business advisory services/tax whilst undertaking studies in Accounting & Marketing. Broadening his commercial experience, he then transitioned into sales & marketing leadership. Fueled by his passion for enhancing people and organisational wide performance, in 2000 Marcus entered the exciting and challenging world of executive recruitment.
As an Accredited Advisor with the Family Business Association, Marcus enjoys working with people and delivering tangible solutions and results for their businesses through assisting them achieve their goals and dreams. He has enjoyed supporting family and privately owned businesses through the successful engagement and long-term retention of people on a national scale. Over the past 20+ years, he has enjoyed recruiting numerous positions from degree qualified to senior leadership roles across sales, marketing, accounting, operations and IT for multiple industries including; manufacturing, consumer durables, capital & materials handling equipment, technical & electronic equipment, professional services, software development, commercial & residential construction and agricultural & farming enterprise.
